Is That True?

Moved on! Check TheCairoCalls

Is Egypt the hardest hit, by bird flu, non-Asian country ??

Moved on!

The worst hit area is South Asia. The farmers are losing their chickens in thousands without receiving any compensation. Suffering huge losses, several farmers in India have committed suicide if the situation becomes worse then most probably we will see more deaths from India and other South Asian countries. I just hope that now the African farmers dont join in the miserable suffering.

in east africa at least they don't rely on pultry that much for food, they got plenty of cows and goats and stuff. I'd be more worried about the effect on wildlife there.

not sure about the rest of the continent.

and yes it is true, from an economical prespective south asia is in deep shit, but I think the report refers to human deaths caused by the diseases.
